Called #travelocity and they were NO help! I told them what happened, they called the hotel, called me back, and told me the EXACT story I just told them. If they couldn’t get it right before I checked in I sure as hell don’t want them going back in there while my stuff is in there. Wiped down the safety rail next to the toilet it it came back yellow.įront desk offered to send housekeeping back in. What appears to be a bloody mucus stain on the wall next to the door. Hallway has been filthy with the same debris since 12pm, and I’ve seen two maids in that hallway in that time. Computer systems weren’t working so they couldn’t check me in. Molly was quite professional and this was not her fault.
